PERFORMANCE AND CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT AGENT
Job description, tasks:
•data administration;
•reporting and processing customer service requests.
Requirements:
•good language skills in English and Russian;
•good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
•creative thinking, sense of responsibility;
•ability to work in shifts (including night shift);
•good knowledge in MS Office, telecommunication and scripting knowledge as bonus.
